Cristiano Ronaldo’s partner Georgina Rodriguez has revealed why she briefly stopped dating the Portugal and Al-Nassr superstar.
According to the Argentinian model, she ended her relationship with the soccer icon due to her late father’s sudden cardiac arrest.
The 29-year-old model, who met Ronaldo in 2016, has two children with the soccer star.
Speaking on her Netflix series ‘I Am Georgina’, Rodriguez shed some light on her difficult time seven years ago.
“Cristiano had a lot of games, the thing with my dad also happened at that time. I was a little absent, well I was sad and one day we met at another event and he invited me to dinner… I said to myself: “Finally, my chance has come”, she said.
The former Juventus striker had earlier confirmed that the duo had taken a brief break from their relationship.
