Paris Saint-Germain are already working on a season without Christophe Galtier. Despite being on the verge of winning Ligue 1, the French coach hasn’t lived up to expectations.
The club therefore have a list of candidates for the bench, and the first on it is Luis Enrique, according to Le Parisien. The former Spanish coach has been without a team since his contract with ‘La Roja’ ended.
The style of play offered by Luis Enrique is appreciated at the French club, as well as the achievements he acquired during his tenure as club manager, notably at Barcelona, where he won the Champions League, the coveted desire of PSG.
Recall that Galtier has a contract with Paris Saint-Germain until June 2024, so before signing Luis Enrique, the Parisian club must reach an agreement with the French coach.
There are, in total, three candidates to occupy the coveted bench of the Parisian team. ‘Le Parisien’ does not give the other two names, but it puts the name of Luis Enrique above the others.
