PSG have officially announced Ander Herrera’s permanent move to Athletic Bilbao, where the 33-year-old Spaniard signed up on loan at the start of the season – his move saw Keylor Navas on loan to Nottingham Forest, on the Premier League side. The La Liga club didn’t pay any transfer fee for the player.

The former Manchester United player officially leaves the club after three seasons in the French capital where he played 95 competitive matches and won two Ligue 1 titles, two French Cups, a League Cup and two Champions Trophies.

PSG had to recall or sell one of the eight players on loan to allow goalkeeper Keylor Navas (36) to move to Nottingham Forest as FIFA rules state that a club cannot loan out more than eight players over 21 in one season. , unless one is sold or recalled.

He joins the club where he played from 2011 to 2014 before joining Manchester United in the Premier League. He’s made eight La Liga appearances and registered one assist so far.
