Le Graët case: New complaint in sight

Annoyed by the leaks in the press in the Noël Le Graët affair, the members of the Comex of the FFF would consider filing a complaint against X for breach of confidentiality.

In a much calmer atmosphere than during previous meetings, the executive committee of the French Football Federation met Thursday in Paris. Without Noël Le Graët, of course, its president was withdrawn from office. And without Florence Hardouin, the general manager, laid off.

According to RMC, most of this comex was devoted to writing the pre-audit report, a document that will be added to the final report published by the investigators in charge of this mission by the Ministry of Sports.

This audit, responsible for evaluating practices within the FFF, should be unveiled in a week, Wednesday 15 or Thursday 16 February. A special Comex will be scheduled two days later, in the presence of Noël Le Graët. This is when the members of the Comex hope that Noël Le Graët will resign, because the conclusions of the audit should not be favorable to him.

At the same time, RMC adds that the members of the Comex would be annoyed by leaks in the press, throughout the scandal which has shaken the FFF, “particularly those relating to the audit report”. The Federation could thus file a complaint against X for breach of confidentiality.
