Victoria Beckham, ex-member of the Spice Girls, turned 49 on Monday, April 17.
Her husband, David Beckham, wrote a romantic message to his wife along with an image captured earlier in their relationship.
The former Manchester United player showed his soft side with a touching message to his partner: “Happy birthday to the most amazing wife and mum, someone who inspires us every day. We love you and you deserve to have the most perfect day.”
In the post, ‘Becks’ tagged the couple’s four children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
Romeo, who is a footballer with the Brentford youth team, joined his father in congratulating his mother on social media.
“Happy birthday to the best of moms. I love you so much,” he wrote on a post alongside a photo of mother and son.
Rumors of a couple crisis were put to bed with this message of affection from David to his wife.
In an interview with British Vogue, Victoria said: “People have been making things up about our relationship for 20 years, so David and I are pretty used to ignoring nonsense and carrying on as normal.”
