Bayer Leverkusen winger and France U21 international Amine Adli (23) is attracting interest from a handful of top European clubs, namely Bayern Munich and AC Milan, according to a report by L’Équipe.

The former Toulouse youth product has flourished since Xabi Alonso arrived in the Leverkusen dugout, having netted six goals and six assists in 33 games for the sixth-placed Bundesliga side.

The 23-year-old is set to feature tonight as Bayer Leverkusen take on Jose Mourinho’s AS Roma in the first leg of the Europa League semi-final first leg at the Stadio Olimpico.

According to L’Équipe, Leverkusen want Adli to spearhead the team’s attack from next season as team-mate Moussa Diaby (23) is set to earn a lot of money. Newcastle United are reportedly submitting a bid for PSG’s youth product, but the Magpies are set to face fierce competition from Premier League rivals Arsenal or training club Diaby.
